The phase of design development is crucial to the success of the project, and your satisfaction. During this stage, we will work with you to find the perfect materials, from exterior and building materials, to the finer details of interior design, including flooring, doors and fixtures. We will re-assess and enhance our drawings, adding more detail, to move the project from an idea, to the blueprint for a buildable structure. We will also begin engineering the plumbing, electrical and heating/cooling systems. At the conclusion of our design and development phase, you will have a clear understanding of how your home will look, as we will finalise both the interior and exterior of your home.
